The first association when you mention the city of Munich is the city of beer and Oktoberfest. However, the city offers more than that. It is pleasant and beautiful, and very importantly ready to offer something to everyone. Like all countries, this one was hit by a coronavirus but the spirit of the people in that city did not disappear. People are optimistic, cheerful, kind. In case you didn’t know, it is the largest city in Bavaria, with advanced technology, as a business, educational and tourist center. Having spent three days in this beautiful city, we ranked it among the most beautiful destinations we have visited.

Our first location was Marienplatz. Our first location was Marienplatz. It represents the main square of Munich, with two town halls, and Mary's Column. Mary's Column was built in honor of the Mother of God, as a thank you for protecting the city from Swedish sieges. Then the square was named only Markt, and today it is precisely because of this pillar that it is called Marienplatz. Walking through this square you can hear and see a lot of Croats. If you want to enjoy the square itself, you have a view of the surroundings. Climb to the tower, the church of St. Petra, believe me you will not regret it. The church has a 91 meter high tower to which 299 steps lead, and the top offers a beautiful view of the entire city. Church of St. Petra is the oldest parish church in the city and, next to the cathedral, the most famous. The church began to be built in 1181 and was upgraded over the centuries, so there are recognizable elements of Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque. In the square, during Advent, the oldest traditional Christmas market in Munich is held here.

What you should not miss is the English Garden, also the largest green area in Munich. The park covers an area of 3.7 square kilometers. It is the best place to relax. What you need to see is a Japanese house, a Chinese tower and a monument to Friedrich Ludwig Skel. Friedrich was the first man to start creating an English garden in Bavaria. The Japanese house itself is located on a small island to which a bridge leads. For beer lovers, it is definitely a Chinese tower that can accommodate 7,000 guests and serves dozens of types of German beers.

An unavoidable place to visit for visitors is definitely Olymiapark. From the tower it offers a huge beautiful lookout point in the city of Munich. Located in altitude 508 meters. In case you are visiting Munich, this is definitely a place you should visit.

If you love football, visit the Allianz Arena. It is the most modern stadium in Europe, but also in the world. It looks very attractive at night, when it glows in colors. It is best to take guided tours through the stadium, because that is the only way to find out all the interesting things about the Arena itself. |

Prva asocijacija kada spomenete grad Munchen je grad piva i
Oktoberfest. Međutim, grad nudi i više od toga. Ugodan je i lijep, te jako
važno spreman ponuditi svakome nešto. Kao i sve zemlje i ovu je pogodio
koronavirus, ali duh ljudi u tom gradu nije nestao. Ljudi su optimistični,
veseli, ljubazni. Ako niste znali, on je najveći grad u Bavarskoj, sa naprednom
tehnologijom, te kao poslovno, obrazovno i turističku središte. Provodeći tri
dana u ovom predivnom gradu, svrstali smo ga u najljepše destinacije koje smo
posjetili.
Upoznajte grad Munchen,
Prva naša lokacija bila je Marienplatz. Predstavlja glavni
munchenski trg, sa dvije gradske vijećnice, te Marijin stup. Marijin stup
sagrađen je u čast Majke Božje, kao zahvala za zaštitu grada od švedske opsade.
Tada je trg nosio ime samo Markt, a danas zbog upravo tog stupa se naziva
Marienplatz. Šetnjom ovim trgom možete čuti i vidjeti dosta Hrvata. Ako želite
uživati u samom trgu, a da imate pogled i na okolicu. Popnite se na na toranj ,
crkve sv. Petra, vjerujte nećete požaliti. Na trgu, tijekom adventa ovdje se održava najstarija
tradicionalna božićna tržnica u Münchenu
Ono što nikako ne smijete propustiti jest Engleski vrt,
ujedno i najveća zelena površina u Munchenu. Park pokriva područje od 3,7
četvornih kilometara. Predstavlja najbolje mjesto za opuštanje. Ono što trebate
vidjeti jest, japanska kuća, kineski toranj, te spomenik Friedrichu Ludwigu
Skelu. Friedrich je prvi čovjek koji počeo stvarati Engleski vrt u Bavarskoj.
Sama japanska kućica nalazi se na malom otoku do kojeg vodi mostić. Za
ljubitelja piva definitivno je, Kineski toranj koji može primiti 7000 gostiju,
te poslužuju destke vrsta njemačkih piva.
Nezaobilazno mjesto za posjetiti je definitivno Olymiapark.
S tornja pruža se ogroman predivni vidikovac na grad Munchen. Smješten na
nadmorskoj visini od 508 metara. U Ukoliko bilo kada posjetite München, ovo je
svakako mjesto koje trebate posjetiti.
Ako volite nogomet, posjetite Allianz Arenu. Predstavlja
najmoderniji stadion u Europi , ali i u svijetu. Vrlo je atraktivnog izgleda
noću, kada svijetli u bojama. Najbolje je uzeti vođene ture kroz sam stadion, jer
jedino tako saznate sve zanimljivosti o samoj Areni.
