Za razliku od Roča, Huma i Kotla, Buzet je veći grad što se primijeti odmah na prvu, po gustoći prometa, i opticaju ljudi.
Što posjetiti u gradu tartufa? 
Za lakše snalaženje samim starim gradom, za početak smo preuzeli s internetske stranice turističke zajednice Buzeta, kartu sa Buzetskim znamenitostima. Na karti možete vidjeti što posjetiti, ali i ponešto o samoj znamenitosti. 
Stari grad Buzet nalazi se na 150 metara iznad doline rijeke Mirne. Do starog grada vode stube.

Stari grad se može obići kroz nekih sat vremena laganoga hoda. Također, na samom vrhu se nalazi i predivan vidikovac.

Tijekom mletačko-turskih ratova grad Buzet izgradio je dvoja vrata, mala vrata i velika vrata kako bi se obranio od neprijatelja. Mala vrata su na zapadnoj strani grada i izgrađena su 1592 godine. Onom tko obilazi istarske gradiće svi će mu izgledati slično na vrhu brdu, ali grad Buzet se razlikuje po tome što se u podnožju nalazi novi grad, a na vrhu stari grad s kojeg se sa svih strana pruža na beskrajno zelenilo. Savršeni prizori. Šetnjom starog grada dolazite i do dječjeg igrališta koji je na izgled obično, dok ne dođete do zidina i pogledate pogled na zelenilo. Samo igralište je jako lijepo uređeno, osim ljuljačka, tobogana ima i umjetnu travu i dva mala gola. Savršeno mjesto za djecu, a za roditelje pogled koji ostavlja bez riječi.

Pošto je to grad tartufa u gradu imate shop, ukoliko ih volite, miris se osjeti i prije nego uđete u samu radnju. Najljepši pogled na okolicu, pruža se upravo iz tih velikih vrata gdje se iza planina nalazi Republika Slovenija. Također, možete popiti u simpatičnim kafićima poneki koktelčić i u restoranima probati istarske specijalitete. Unlike Roč, Hum and Kotla, the town of Buzet is a larger town, which can be noticed immediately at first, in terms of traffic density and the number of people.What to visit in the city of truffles?
To make it easier to navigate the old town, we first downloaded a map with the sights of Buzet from the website of the Buzet Tourist Board. On the map you can see what to visit, but also something about the sights itself.
The old town of Buzet is located 150 meters above the valley of the river Mirna. Stairs lead to the old town.The old town can be toured in about an hour’s easy walk. Also, at the very top there is a beautiful lookout. During the Venetian-Turkish wars, the city of Buzet built two gates, a small gate and a large gate, to defend itself from the enemy. The small gate is on the west side of the city and was built in 1592. For those who visit Istrian towns, everyone will look similar on the top of the hill, but the town of Buzet differs in that there is a new town at the foot, and on top of the old town that stretches on all sides to the endless greenery. Perfect scenes. Walking through the old town you also come to a children’s playground which looks ordinary, until you reach the walls and look at the view of the greenery. The playground itself is very nicely decorated, apart from the swing, the slides also have artificial grass and two small goals. A perfect place for children, and for parents a look that leaves you speechless.Since it is a city of truffles in the city you have a shop, if you love them, the smell is felt even before you enter the store. The most beautiful view of the surroundings is from the big gate where the Republic of Slovenia is behind the mountain. Also, you can have a few cocktails in nice cafes and try Istrian specialties in restaurants. If you want to buy a souvenir and get information, what you are looking at, we recommend that you go to the Tourist Information Center Buzet where there will be employees who are extremely kind to direct you for further excursions but also for the city of Buzet.
